What flavors of cakes do you offer? You can choose between chocolate, vanilla, lemon, nuts or chocolate-vanilla combination filled with Soft cakes. Additional special flavors (e.g. Schwarzwald, fruit) can be arranged, depending on the desired shape of the cake.
Are the cakes fully edible? Cakes may contain non-edible components, such as toppers or cake dowels/skewers. I will tell you where they are placed during the handover, so that you can take them out when serving the cake. All fondant, printed or painted decoration is edible.
Can I get a gluten free/lactose free/nuts free/vegetarian cake? Yes. Almost all of my cakes can also be made gluten free, lactose free, nuts free and vegetarian, but make sure to note this requirement in your order because unless asked or specified otherwise, all the cakes may contain NUTS, MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, SOYA, GLUTEN.
I want a shape of the cake you haven’t made yet. Can I still make an order? Of course you can, no problem! Contact me with your wishes and I’ll provide an offer for the creation you’re looking for. If you have a picture of the cake you would like, you can also send it to me via email/WhatsApp.
How much will my cake cost? The price usually ranges from 200 to over 1000 Francs. It depends on the type and size of cake you choose as well as the complexity of the final shape of the cake. The price is determined for each cake individually.
What payment methods do you accept? I accept TWINT, cash or bank transfer. All orders need to be fully paid at the latest 3 days before handover.
How much in advance should I make my order? You need to order the cake at least 14 days before the desired pick-up date. All cakes are hand-crafted. Some simpler designs could be made within a week, but the more complex designs can take up to 14 days to prepare and be made.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order at any time but the cancelation needs to be done in writing (email or text) and the following cancelation costs occur:

The cancelation charge is determined by the working hours when I receive your message. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00.
Where can I pick up my order? You can pick it up in 8134 Adliswil. By arrangement, the handover is also possible outside of the normal working hours. When I hand over the cake to you, you take on the full responsibility for everything that happens to the cake after that. For example, damaging the cake during transportation.
How should I store my cake until served? In case of a fondant or buttercream covered cake, if it’s held in a warm space for too long, the buttercream covering the cake fully or underneath the fondant may start to soften or melt, which may affect the shape and decoration of the cake. That’s why I recommend keeping the cake refrigerated or in a cool space until served.
